I am a certified Eating Disorder Specialist and Consultant. I treat clients with a variety of disordered eating concerns, ARFID, negative body image and history of eating disorders. 

I treat clients with mood disorders, including depression and bipolar disorders, as well as, sub-clinical or situaltionally specific mood concerns. 

Life is stressful at times and people need tools to manage their unique stressors, as well as, as sounding board to process their stressors with a compassionate listener who can empathize, without trying to fix them.  

I treat clients with a multitude of anxiety disorders, including Generalized Anxiety, OCD, specific phobias, and social anxiety.

I work from a feminist and socially just perspecitive to address identity formation, phase of life concerns, and struggles related to women's issues and relationship struggles. 

I work with LGBTQ+ adolescents and adults who are working to accept and embrace who they are, while often navigating manys aspects of culture or environment that are non-affirming.
