Therapy is an intense and amazing experience. Whether you have struggled with an eating disorder, addiction, depression, anxiety or are just going through a hard time in you life, you can find your way through with the help of a therapist. Finding connection with another person is how the repair process starts. In my practice I offer a safe and comfortable space along with a warm and empathetic approach to therapy. Connecting with your therapist as a fellow human being is important and I seek to offer not just my expertise, but also myself as a fellow person.

Regain the connection with your body and your relationship with food that has become lost from struggling with an eating disorder, disordered eating, repetitive dieting or continual attempts at weight loss. Learn to listen to your body and understand what it really needs. Enhance your body image! Learn to appreciate your body and see it as a part of you; not something to be scrutinized, disparaged, or loathed. After all, body image is one of the most salient aspects of self-esteem and self-concept.
